Need to install OEM on linux 8 VMware host (this is what has been dropped in my lap)

The deployment is "small" not many hosts to monitor.

Two questions

What Oracle licenses would be required for this type of install?
As it is a small deployment (less than 30 hosts) is it worth hosting the OMR database on a separate host?
