Anyone have experience with the Vertex 'Opt Out' feature for a tax?

E1 9.2 HCM Payroll

Oregon is introducing Paid Family Leave in Jan 2023. There is the option to have a 3rd party handle the leave so instead of paying the tax to Oregon we will be deducting and paying our 3rd party. I see there is Vertex "Opt Out" functionality but there isn't much documentation or even any screenshots of what the setup or execution looks like. Anyone have experience using the Vertex Opt Out functionality who might be able to share details on how to set it up or use it?
