Hello, I get a JNLPException while trying to launch forms from my Mac

Error: The User cache does not exist and cannot be created. Check that the configuration is valid and that you have permission to write to the configured cache location.

I get the above error while launching forms. I tried adding the site exception in the java config dialog box but the 'Add' button was greyed out. Any ideas on how to resolve this?
