How to hide the Shop home in iprocurement R12.2

All iproc users has access to Shop home now. Business decision is to give the ability only for procurement team. They still want to see their past requisitions but should not allow to create new requisitions. In req home I will do personalisation to hide copy to cart.

How to hide shop home please, tried excluding the menu then requisitions will not show up.
