why does the item availability shows stock in commit status

in Distribution - JDE1 (MOSC) 5 commentsAnswered

I checked the SO and PO dates and there are all in the current date. I checked the item ledger for that item and all transaction are equal to the amts in item availabilty but one BU shows in Commit status bucket.
