Does ETAX of EBS R12.2.6 support Item Category based tax code defaulting?

Hi!

Customer has requirement to assign tax code on PO line based on Item category (= Purchasing category). Also same requirement based on only PO category (no item code on PO line). Anyone done these kind of setups?
