Is there a way to setup inbound route in P4950 only without Parent route flag?

Hello,

Is there a way in P4950 work with routing entries to set up a new route for inbound schedule and rate only without setting up parent route flag to 1? It's giving us hard error that we have to setup outbound rate and schedule also. We are on JDE E1 9.2 with TMS module
