HFM 11.2.10 installed on AWS with MSAD - Failed to authenicate user

Hi expert,

We have just installed HFM 11.2.10 on AWS Windows server and configured with MSAD. We found that the user can login successfully in workspaces, but he/she try to open application, FR and/or FDMEE, it will have the authenication errors <EPMCSS-00301: Failed to authenticate user. Invalid credentials. Enter valid credentials> occasionally. User just close it and re-open again then no problem.

We tried to use native account and no that issue.

Any insight for the issue?
