How to resolve an Error when opening Cost Sheet Unifier?

We are seeing this error when trying to open a cost sheet within one of our Unifier environments.

Logs are attached. The db_migration seems to provide more info as to what might be going on but the question is why did this just start happening?

The BP configurator says she did not make any changes to this BP so we are not sure what the issue is. How can we resolve?
