Creating a cluster from a single node cluster

Hello, I am following this note https://support.oracle.com/epmos/faces/DocumentDisplay?_afrLoop=403503044607753&id=1595454.1&_afrWindowMode=0&_adf.ctrl-state=jwxqucw6p_4 that instructs how to create a cluster from a single node cluster. I followed it OK until Step 13.

13. Create a new shared file location and mount it for access by the WCC set-up or share the existing Vault and Weblayout directories such that WCC Host 2 also can look up and read/write/ delete to this location. Copy the existing Vault and Weblayout directories to this new location (if a new mount is created). 

I have the original WCC installed on the file server under a mount. Do I create the new share file also under the mount?
