Workaround for Merge Hint Not Honored Reliably in Semi-Join (Bug 30305603)

Hi Everyone,

We are using SQL Patch (DBMS_SQLDIAG) in case specific ways to workaround this problem (on 12c Release 2). If you have also encountered this issue or have any feedback kindly share your experiences. Thanks much!
