Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Greetings !

We are in JDE 9.0, using JDE standard workflow process for credit limit approval.

We have a requirement of sending approved credit limit information to 3rd party application (through integration) for internal reporting purpose.

Is it safe to customize standard workflow functionality?
