In My Expense Report History tile Can we enable and disable the related actions conditionally?

in My Expense Report History tile, we need to hide the related Action Button for Delete if it is a Corporate Card Transactions, for Employee reimbursement we need to keep that. Is it possible to do that?

If we go to the related Content Configuration there is no conditional setup available for related actions.
