What is best method for zero downtime upgrade 12.2 to 19

I have an Oracle 12.2 setup that uses data guard with a primary and two physical standby databases, I need to upgrade this landscape with zero downtime and was wondering what the best approach is for this.

I have searched on the internet and have found some information but would like the opinions of those that have done this before. Pointers to the best documentation would be really helpful.
