Error during creation of an Oracle 21c database

I am trying to create a database in 21c, when executing the database configuration wizard and when the database creation is at 48%, the following error is presented

When I check in the path “E:\app\O\cfgtoollogs” the folder “sqlpatch” is not found and I cannot see the details indicated by the warning message.

As soon as the “OK” button is clicked, it continues to 53% and continues the process.

I would like to know how to solve the "SQLPATCH" warning and if that affects the data import operation.
