Physical Standby Creation using Active Duplication Failed - ORA-03113

Hi Team,

Oracle Database Version - 19.16.0.0.0

OS - Oracle Linux Server release 7.9

Am trying to create the physical standby using RMAN active duplication method

duplicate target database for standby from active database nofilenamecheck dorecover;

But getting below error, i tried setting higher value of sqlnet.expire_time &

sqlnet.inbound_connect_timeout but no luck. Can anyone please help ?

Error - ORA-03113: end-of-file on communication channel
