Getting Error "None of the recipients is specified." (80,135) when AWE req is approved on last step.

Hi everyone!

Hope you are doing well!  

I would like to ask, or can you provide me a previous reference why I am getting an as below -

None of the recipients is specified. (80,135) EMAIL_MSG.EMAIL_GUARANTEED.OnExecute Name:OnNotify PCPC:7608 Statement:139

This is happening when any approver in one of my AWEs configured Approves/Deny the request as raised by the requester on event ON FINAL APPROVAL/ON FINAL DENIAL.


We have configured both Email and Push Notifications on these transaction events in the Transaction Configuration and the email notification participant is marked as Requester.

The requester should be receiving the notification when an approver finally approves or denies at the last step. But it is not happening.
