CRS failed to start automatically during grid upgrade from 11g to 19c (running root.sh script)

in Database Install/Upgrade/Opatch (MOSC) 24 commentsAnswered

During the grid upgrade i was getting below two errors related to unable to start CRS automatically.

Error message :

CRS-4124: Oracle High Availability Services startup failed.

CRS-4000: Command Start failed, or completed with errors.

CLSRSC-117: Failed to start Oracle Clusterware stack

2022/11/04 16:27:30 CLSRSC-464: Starting retrieval of the cluster configuration data

2022/11/04 16:27:35 CLSRSC-692: Checking whether CRS entities are ready for upgrade. This operation may take a few minutes.
