Billing time discount with arrear cycle event is not working

Hi,

Billing time discount with cycle arrear event is not working. But the same billing time discount with same aggregator is working perfectly fine with cycle forward event. With cycle arrear event, it is nullifying the product charge to zero and hence BTD is not getting applied. Our observation is, in input flist of PCM_OP_RATE_EVENT_DISCOUNT, product charge is getting passed but in output flist, its coming as zero. So is there anything that we need to modify in pipeline side for arrear event ?

Please note, arrear event without BTD is working as expected.
