Zone level records are deleted from RPM_FUTURE_RETAIL table

in Retail Price Management (MOSC) Question

Hi All,

We are using RPM 16.0.1. Promotions get stuck in 'plsql_conflict_checking_error' as data is not present in RPM_FUTURE_RETAIL for item and zone.

We have observed that for same item and zone data was there in lower environment. But not getting how those records are deleted from RFR.

FutureRetailRollUp batch is getting executed on weekly basis but it should not delete max_hier_level record.

Any one is facing such issue?
