Release method as "Release Using AutoCreate", But Release is created automatically.

Hi Gurus.

Below is reproduction steps.

1. Set ASL's release method as 'Release Using Autocreate"

2. Create PR manually and then the PR is Approved

3. Release is created and approved automatically.


Customers want not to create the Releases automatically.

They would like to create Releases using Autocreate function.

Please let me know how to do that.
