Pick Selection List Generation request return error

Dears,

Good day.

Kindly be informed that we are facing a case which is when the end user make pick release by pressing the "Concurrent" button in release sales order window, the request "Pick Selection List Generation" gives an error with the bellow log:

p_log_level is 0
No organization found. Cannot Pick Release.
SQLCODE: 1 SQLERRM: User-Defined Exception
Exception occurred in WSH_PICK_LIST

This case doesn't happen all time, only one or two request per day.


Please your support to fix this issue.
