Setting up a new label printer

Good day all

I am trying to setup a new honeywell PM43 label printer on EBS R12.2.6. The drivers are installed and printing a test page from CUPS does produce an output. I have assigned the printer to a business flow, user and documents. The xml file is generated but the printer wont print anything.

Not sure what am missing out, but I have referred to (Doc ID 1994110.1) Troubleshooting WMS / MSCA Label Printing , but still not getting any joy. The cups driver version is 1.7.1. I have attached screenshots of reprinting the labels.

Would really appreciate your assistance
