New Dell controllers not detect by Solaris 11.4

I have 2 servers

DELL R550 with H755 Perc controller
DELL R450 with HBA355i controller

Both of controllers not detect by Oracle Solaris SRU 11.4.50 (latest)

There aren't any drivers at dell.com for Solaris. Also, I have tried 

update_drv -a -i "pciex1000,e6" mpt_sas
update_drv -a -i "pciex1000,e6" mr_sas
update_drv -a -i "pciex1000,e6" lsc

But it didn't work.

Solaris detects it as

H755 -> SAS39XX
HBA355i -> SAS38XX

It seems, that new hardware stopped supporting both Dell and Oracle.

Older controllers which support Solaris don't support by Dell hardware.

Does anybody have ideas?
