Restore Oracle VM storage repository from LUN snapshot/ Logs to diagnose file system corruption

Products:

Oracle VM Manager 3.4.5.1919

Host 1 on the pool Oracle Virtual Server 3.4.5-1919

Host 2 on the pool Oracle Virtual Server 3.4.6-2105

Pure Storage Flasharray x20r2 OS: 6.1.15

We started to see file system errors on all our OEL 7.9 Virtual Machines (XFS) running on Oracle VM server 3.4.5. We didn't see anything that could of caused this in OEL logs. Also corruption was on 4 VMS sitting on two different hosts (2 VMs per host) in the same pool. We still don't know root cause and need guidance to find what logs, on OVM-manager/OVS 3.4.5, can help us find cause.
