How billing/payment line termination is impacted by Schedule day?

Not sure if Schedule day determine the earliest allowed termination date of a lease line but I have a lease created with an approved payment line frequency=Quarterly |Start date=01Oct22 | Sch day=25 , I need to terminate the line as of 31Dec22 but unable to do that, and I got following msg: Pls ensure you enter a termination date that is later than earliest allowed termination date: 24Jan2023
