Change the Budgetary Control level

hello

working with oracle 12.2.5 .

There is a need to change the budgetary control from Absolute to None at the Task level for existing Projects already baselined and with transactions for months or even years. At the Project level it will remain Absolute

is there an issue there ?

If it is changed from Project setup? is it reflected at the Budget /Tools/Budgetary controls ?
