SSL Error Upgrade Oracle http server/app server from 12c to 19c

Hi All,

We have an oracle http server/app server and we updated the dads.config to point to the new 19c version/tnsnames.ora to the new 19c version. We are no longer able to connect to the website. We get SSL/TLS errors. We do not think it is related to the certificates we think it may be a wallet issue? Thoughts, recommendations, troubleshooting advice is appreciated
