How to apply 13.5.0.9 on agent installation?

Hi,

OMS 13.5.0.9

How to update agents to the newest version? I have updated OMS, but old agents still show 13.5.0.6 as version (newly installed shows the correct version). When going

setup-> manage cloud control -> upgrade agents

no agents are found.

The readme for

Enterprise Manager 13c Release 5 Update 9 (13.5.0.9) for Oracle Management Service

did not provide any information.

What have I missed?
