P6 EPPM V19.12 - Resource Assignment Data not Appearing

Hello,

We are running P6 EPPM V19.12 via citrix. Often when users log in and access project information the resources assigned to a project do not appear. Sometimes they display in the resource assignments window but not in the resources tab within activity details. Logging out and back in seems to work but there is often a lag of several minutes or requires multiple log offs for the data to "re-appear" on the project.

Does anyone have a suggestion as to what may be causing this?
