I want to understand - Whenever we are in an Implementation cycle for any Entity. How do we determine - What would be the Business Group, Legal Entity, Ledger, Operating Unit, Inventory Orgs.
For Example -
If we have to implement an Oracle ERP for a big global Conglomerate. These companies are operating from multiple countries and offices in each of the countries.
How would the structure look like when all these companies are operating from the same building in all the countries. Vs All of them operating from different buildings.
Also, if there is Merger & Acquisition of another entity in USA. What should be the key consideration for the onboarding this New acquired Entity under Oracle ERP. Like what would be consideration for it to be merged with the existing Business Group/Ledger/Legal Entity/Operating Unit Or New Business Group/New Ledger/New LE, New Operating Unit?
