Resources Details Are Not Displayed after Publishing a Project

When select some of the resources in Primavera P6 Web, Resource->Analysis Page, "Selected Resources does not have published data. Publish Project to view data." message appears. "Publish resource and role data" option is checked and 'Publish Resource Role Assignment Spread' and 'Publish Project' jobs have completed for all of the projects in the system.

Am I missing something? What do I need to do to see resource details in Resource->Analysis page?

Our version is Primavera P6 EPPM 19.12.19.
