It is possible to create a copy 3 tape volume from copy 4?

Hi,

I have a copy 4 on tape volume migrated to LTO8 drives. I won't rearchive all files to copy 3 tape volume. How to copy or migrate the copy 4 tape volume to copy 3 tape volume?

Current status:
