Cannot get MFP V13.3.1 Config to work on new Windows 10 laptop

Hi all

Can someone please assist with the above.

I have the Oracle MFP Config Tool V13.3.1 working on my current laptop with Java 1.8.0_191

Environment variables set as required per documentation

Windows : MS Windows 10 Enterprise version 10.0.18362

I have received a new laptop with Windows 10 Enterprise version 10.0.19044

Config tool V13.3.1, JVM 1.8.0_191

All environment variables set exactly the same

But it will not work on my new laptop.

I get the usual "environment variables not set" error and it wont open the config tool


Any suggestions please?
