WfProcBatchMgr always offline after a fresh installation

Hello everyone,

I am in the middle of a Siebel migration (18.12 to 22.5). I migrated the 18.12 dev base to 22.5 then I installed a new 22.5 environment pointing to this 22.5 base. Siebel works well, my components are all green except one: WfProcBatchMgr which remains offline.

The logs do not indicate the reason even at level 5. So I created a component with srvrmgr, another one by copying the offline one, tried to reconfigure the standard component via the reconfiguration command in the UI. Unfortunately, all 3 components are offline.

Besides a complete reconfiguration of the Siebel server, do you have any idea?

I would like to point out that I have built an integration environment that works perfectly and that the synchronization of the components has been done.
