My Physical Percentage showing like more than 100%, its showing as 10000% why????

Dear all,


My Physical Percentage showing like more than 100%, its showing as 10000% why????.

Please find the image for your reference. If i Import same in OPC there also its showing as 10000% why???. And also in same schedule, activity % showing some as 10000 and others as 100 why????
