Reviewers are unable to view requisitions when Approved under Notifications/Alerts

We have an issue where our reviewers are unable to view Requisitions and Purchase Orders under Notifications/Alerts when the transactions are in approved status. Is there a way to allow them to still view the transactions even if approved?
