Unable to update 4.3>4.4 11.3>11.4

Context:
Attempting to upgrade Solaris 11.3.36.0.24 to 11.4.41.0.1.107.2 and Cluster 4.3.7.5 to 4.4.10.3
In my Solaris 11.4 repo I have the following:

I have the following local repos available, although from my understanding the incremental Cluster 4.4.10.3 should be enough:
