DUPLIUCATION fails on CONTROFILE

I have copied a script we use to duplication instance to a new VMWare host to create a test instance. The changes to reflect the host/instance have been made to the script.

Errors are:

ALTER DATABASE  MOUNT

ORA-00210: cannot open the specified control file

ORA-00202: control file: '/u02/oradata/we8iso/control02.ctl'

ORA-27037: unable to obtain file status

Linux-x86_64 Error: 2: No such file or directory

Additional information: 7
