Array is setup but not being called during Formula

We have HCM and are at image 42, using tools 8.59.09

We have several arrays set up and being used in different formulas but my new formula just created is not being called.

I have never had to set it up and it seemed strait forward, i created a view, set up the fields to be returned from the array to be sent to a variable.

Set up the where clause, by emplid, and prd end date but no call to the array that i can see during tracing of the element resolution chain.
