Statutory Updates:

The age of adulthood in Japan was lowered from 20 to 18 in 2022. Below Reports has 'Minor' column which utilize adulthood age:

  1. Japan, Withholding Tax Report of Earned Income

  2. Payroll Report (Create File-Tax Withheld Report)

  3. Japan, Salary Payment Report E-File

This patch delivers code changes to adjust minor criteria from 20 to 18 from year 2022.
