Sales quote release. How to release a second line after a sales order has been created?

JDE version 9.2 R22, 

I have two lines on an SQ sales order. I release one and create the SO sales order. Afterwards, the customer calls back and says they want half of the second line's quantity. I want to release that additional quantity on the same sales order that the first line created on its release.

Note, the SO sales order has not been processed yet.

When I use P420111 to release the second line, it creates a new sales order. I want to add it to the first sales order created. Is this possible?
