ORC||Migration from Modern to Minimal Template based career site

Hi team,

If we are migrating from Modern to Minimal Career Site:

Q1: Do we need to repost all jobs posted under modern template site to new minimal carteer cite?

Q2: What is going change for candidates if they are going to access the links available in their emails from their applications while they applied under Modern Template based site which is now deactivated due to migration process?

Need quick help on this as client is planning to migrate in next 15-20 days.
