Does anyone have a response file template of GI upgrade from 12C R1 to 19C?

Dear oracle support,

Good day! we have a project which will upgrade oracle RAC 12C R1(OS is Solaris) to 19C， we want to use silent mode for upgrade, so do you have a template of response file for both GI and DBUA,DB software for silent install/upgrade? very appreciate!
