Convert Date to Hex in view definition

Good day

The users require a conversion of the termination date to hex (in the format of 143979480000000000 which translates to the date 4/3/2057).

I have tried raw to hex but get the format: 30342D4A554E2D3231 which is the (Oracle) date 6/4/2021.

This format(with alpha-numeric characters) is not what is required by the user.

Can anybody perhaps assist?
