Delivery Confirm P49650 not moving receipt route record to next operation for packed item

Hi,

I am currently using latest 9.2 version 23 release and not sure if i am missing any setup or there is a bug.

I have purchase order shipment that i am confirming using in-transit (SI) load type. Load goes into in-transit also i have receipt route setup with 2 steps TRAN followed by STK. As part of load confirm receipt route record is written with operation code TRAN which is correct.

Then i use P49650 calling P43250 version also P49650 ask for next operation while doing delivery confirm but it does not move receipt route record from TRAN to STK and completes the load and also clears load in-transit inventory by writing record into in-transit ledger with record type 30 and CT document type.
