Cannot install smartview on Microsoft RDS

Client user is required to use Microsoft RDS to access her PC environment.

In RDS, she could not install smartview client. The error message said that office tool is running.

I asked user to signoff the RDS and login again. I don't find any microsoft process under tasks manager. However, I found microsoft processes which rea running on another user VM which sitting on same RDS.
