Applying French translation patch all LDT fails !!!

Hi,

we upgrade 11.5.10.2 --> 12.2.11

when applying Translation patch French

ALL: Dumping from LCT/LDT files fails :

example:

Altering database NLS_LANGUAGE environment to FRENCH

Dumping from LCT/LDT files (/u01/install/APPS/fs2/EBSapps/appl/fnd/12.0.0/patch/115/import/afcpque.lct(120.1), /u01/install/APPS/fs2/EBSapps/appl/fnd/12.0.0/patch/115/import/F/afcpque_dm.ldt) to staging tables

Dumping LCT file /u01/install/APPS/fs2/EBSapps/appl/fnd/12.0.0/patch/115/import/afcpque.lct(120.1) into FND_SEED_STAGE_CONFIG

Dumping LDT file /u01/install/APPS/fs2/EBSapps/appl/fnd/12.0.0/patch/115/import/F/afcpque_dm.ldt into FND_SEED_STAGE_ENTITY

Dumped the batch (QUEUE FND FNDCRM , QUEUE_PARAMS FND Standard ) into FND_SEED_STAGE_ENTITY
