EBS R12 API AR Transactions errors

Hello

We are using AR API for importing Data Conversion Transactions into Receivables in R12.

For transactions in foreign currency only we are receiving this error message without other explanations

Unexpected error in API AR_INVOICE_API_PUB.Create_Single_Invoice: Fatal ErrorORA-20001:

Does anyone have an idea about the origin of this rejection

Thank you in advance for any tip to solve that issue preventing us for importing  our Open AR transactions
