Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. I installed JDeveloper 12.2.1.2.0 in my windows 10 OS. jdk version: jdk1.8.0_331

Not able to see ServiceBus Tier for creating Application. please find screenshot

I tried installing 12.2.1.4.0 as well, no luck with it. followed all instructions from the installation guide.
